Crafted from forged steel, laser-cut stainless steel, precision cast components, and premium polyurethane, the DO35v3 delivers uncompromising strength while reducing overall weight. In fact, it’s over 50% stronger than the previous model. The new design also eliminates the need for hitch adaptors*, so you can hit the road faster and with fewer hassles.

After a grueling RAT Run to Cape York, the DO35v3 proved its durability across some of Australia’s toughest terrain — all while retaining the simple drop-on attachment system trusted by travellers nationwide.

• Keep the tow pin and mating surfaces clean and lightly greased
• Check the tow pin O-ring condition
• Grease lubrication points regularly
• Adjust the slotted nut & pin periodically if needed
• Perform a comprehensive maintenance check every 10,000 km or 12 months
