Camec Weight Scale

Camec’s weight scale provides the ability to calculate the total weight of your car, caravan, trailer, motorbike or motorhome. This is critical to ensuring that you are towing or carrying an evenly balanced load and most importantly helps to ensure that you are not overweight.

Unbalanced and overweight loads are unsafe which can lead to accidents, fines and excessive wear on your tires and chassis components.

Being able to check the weight on each wheel and the overall weight before you head off can ensure that you are being safe on the road, and it will also allow for a more comfortable driving experience.

Camec's weight scale measures how the weight is distributed across your wheels or axle, but does not meausre the full weight of the caravan. They're designed to help you balance your van, not replace a certified weighbridge. For the actual total weight, we recommend visiting your local weighbridge.

The weight scale works like standing with one foot on a bathroom scale - you'll see the weight on that foot, but not your full body weight unless all of you is on the scale at once.
