Keep dirt, sand and grit outside with the Muk Mat Portable Step Mat. Designed to fit portable caravan steps, this practical mat helps keep your entryway clean while providing a soft, comfortable surface underfoot.

Featuring convenient Velcro straps, the mat can be easily secured to your step to help keep it in place. For added grip and stability, we recommend placing non-slip matting underneath to minimise movement.

Pair it with an Original, Large or Extra Large Muk Mat for extra protection against dirt and sand entering your caravan.

Features:

  • Super soft 40mm grass blades trap sand, dirt, and grit
  • Durable two-layer backing keeps grass blades secure
  • Made to withstand years of heavy foot traffic and harsh outdoor conditions
  • Waterproof web binding prevents fraying
  • UV protected for long-lasting heat resistance
  • Water resistant and easy to clean
  • Shake or hose down to clean

Caring For Your Mat:

  • Shake the dirt out by holding the corners (not the Velcro straps)

Heat Damage Risk
As with any plastic material, artificial turf can be damaged by intense heat such as that caused by refracted light from materials such as glass, aluminium checker plate step sides and stainless steel. This is rare, but please take care to avoid.
Trip or Slip Hazard
All mats and floor rugs can have the opportunity to be a trip or slip hazard. Muk Mat blades are made from plastic which have the potential to be slippery, especially when wet. Please take care and ensure you minimise the risk of falls by securely fastening your mat and or using a non-slip mesh underneath. When using caravan stairs, risks of falls or slips can be reduced by ascending and descending slowly and holding onto a steady object.
