    Camec Retail Store Closures

    Camec's parent company has recently completed a strategic review of its operations and as part of this review has made the decision to exit the RV market.

    An agreement has been entered into to sell the Camec business to Aussie Traveller, a long-established Australian supplier of components and accessories to the caravan, RV and outdoor industry. 

    Customers can expect continued investment in the Camec brand and ongoing supply of the products they know and trust, backed by Aussie Traveller's commitment to customer service and product support.

    An important update for customers of our Camec Retail Stores in WA, QLD and NSW

    •    As part of this transition, and as previously advised, the Camec Perth retail store closed permanently on Friday, 7 August 2026.
    •    The Camec Brisbane retail store closed permanently on Friday, 28 August 2026.
    •    The Camec Sydney retail store closed permanently on Saturday 29 August 2026.

    Our team remains here to support you throughout this transition. We understand how important continuity, service and product availability are to our customers. Our priority is to make this transition as smooth as possible while continuing to provide the support you have come to expect from Camec.

    Orders can be placed for delivery. Please note that due to the change in ownership there is currently an approximate two-week delay in normal order fulfillment.

    Click & Collect orders are temporarily unavailable during the transition to new ownership.

    All Click & Collect orders must be collected by Saturday 29th August 2026. Orders not collected in this timeframe will be refunded. If you have been unable to collect your order please urgently contact the store your order was placed with to discuss.
