CLICK & COLLECT

Camec Pty Ltd (ACN 004 846 584) (Camec) may offer click and collect services, enabling customers to shop products from Camec’s Online Store and collect their purchased products from a Camec retail store (Click & Collect).

If you place an order with Camec and choose to Click & Collect it, you agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions (Click & Collect Order).

How to place a Click & Collect Order

1.                   Choose your products online and add it to your cart  

2.                   Proceed to ‘Check Out’ and select ‘Pickup in store’ under ‘Delivery Method’

3.                   Under ‘Store location’, select your preferred Camec store for collection.  After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase

4.                   You should receive a second email or SMS notification from Camec, within 48 hours of placing your order, confirming your order is ready for collection (Collection Notice)

5.                   You must collect your order within 14 days of receiving the Collection Notice.  

How to collect your Click & Collect Order

1.                   Wait for the Collection Notice indicating your order is ready

2.                   You must provide a copy of your Collection Notice and a valid form of photo identification (e.g driver’s license) at the time of collection.

3.                   You may authorise your order to be collected on your behalf by another person.  At the time of collection, this person must provide Camec with:

·       a copy of the Collection Notice;

·       your written and dated authorisation detailing this person’s name and address; and

·       a valid form of photo identification to prove their identity.

Camec may refuse to release your order if it is not satisfied with your identity or the identity of the person collecting your order on your behalf.  

If you are collecting your order from Camec’s warehouse at Somerton, please telephone us on 03 8795 5165.   We’ll confirm your identity and handover your order at the front of our warehouse.  

How long does Camec hold Click & Collect Orders

Camec will hold your Click & Collect Order for 14 days from the date of the Collection Notice.

If your Click & Collect Order is not collected within this time, Camec may cancel your order and refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

Additional conditions that may affect a Click & Collect Order

In some circumstances, Camec may require additional processing time, and the Confirmation Notice may be delayed.  Please wait to receive the Confirmation Notice prior to collection.  You may contact us if you have any questions.

Camec may also terminate your order, or part of it, if any ordered product is unavailable.   

Products available for Click & Collect

Click & Collect is offered for most products on Camec’s Online Store, with some exceptions.

‘Pick up in store’ will be displayed as a delivery method on the checkout page if Click & Collect is available for the selected product.

Returns for Click & Collect Orders

You may return a Camec product in store in accordance with Camec’s Terms & Conditions.
