    The BMPRO PXShunt500 is a high-performance external battery shunt designed to provide precise monitoring for advanced caravan and RV power systems. Built for high-current applications, this wired solution allows you to connect heavy loads directly to your battery while maintaining accurate tracking of your system’s performance.

    Engineered for reliability, the PXShunt500 measures critical battery data including voltage, charging and discharging current, energy usage (Ah), and temperature. This ensures your BMPRO power management system can deliver accurate readings for state of charge and time remaining, even when multiple high-demand devices are connected.

    The system consists of two components—the XShunt500 and PXGateway—which are hardwired into your setup for stable, consistent data transmission. Communication via CAN bus ensures reliable integration with compatible BMPRO systems such as BatteryPlus35, ASPero and J35, making it an essential upgrade for serious off-grid or touring setups. 

    With a 500A continuous current rating and support for 12V batteries up to 1200Ah, the PXShunt500 is built to handle demanding electrical loads. Its IP67-rated housing allows for external mounting, providing durability in harsh outdoor environments. 

    Whether you’re running inverters, solar inputs or additional 12V accessories, the PXShunt500 ensures your system maintains accurate and dependable battery data at all times.
